[MUSIC PLAYING] MASAI LAWSON: What I like doing is identifying people to come into the organization that are really going to make an impact longer-term, and also people who can inspire other people to be the best at what they do.
It’s amazing for me as a recruiter. I call on people all the time to talk to them about opportunities at Gannett Fleming, and I hear words like “integrity, strong engineers, wonderful team partners.” Our reputation is strong.
Since I’ve been here, I’ve seen more of an emphasis around being aware culturally of some of the differences that we have as people, but also how wonderful that can be, and what an asset [INAUDIBLE] can be. I am really concentrating and focusing on bringing more women and minorities into the organization. The face of the globe is changing.
It’s amazing what we’ve been able to do from this firm that’s headquartered here in central Pennsylvania. Our reach is global now, and it’s really exciting.
